Refunds and cancelling

Trial

Every new practice gets 14 days free. Your card is taken when the trial starts and charged when it ends. Cancel on the Billing page before then and you pay nothing.

Cancelling

Cancel any time on the Billing page. The next charge does not happen, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you were charged and ReconMatch did not do what you needed, email support@getreconmatch.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. After 14 days we do not refund the current period, including when you delete your account.

Payments and refunds are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, and appear on your card statement under their name.
