Who we are
ReconMatch is operated by Brandon Ta, an individual trading as ReconMatch (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@getreconmatch.com.
What ReconMatch is
A tool that reads the deposit and payout exports you upload, proposes matches and explains gaps in plain English. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. You, as the bookkeeper, stay responsible for your client's ledger. ReconMatch proposes matches automatically; check them. Nothing is posted to a client's ledger without your approval.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You may only upload data you are allowed to use for your clients.
- Do not try to break, overload or probe the service, or access another practice's data.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Polar. A new practice gets a 14-day trial; the card is taken when the trial starts and charged when it ends unless you cancel first. Prices are shown on the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps access until the period you paid for ends. See Refunds.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you. Privacy says what we keep and how to delete it.
No guarantee of accuracy
We test the matching, but exports differ and a match can be wrong. Check what you approve. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
